Dawson Music Education Policies Payments & Deposits All lessons are paid for in advance and payments are due at the end of the last paid lesson session. Cash or check only. No refunds of lesson payments. Lesson Cancellation Policy Lessons cancelled by responsible party will be rescheduled only if cancellation request is submitted via a telephone call 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled under 24 hours before scheduled time cannot be made up. The 24 hour cancellation exceptions are for illness or emergencies. All students under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the lesson session. Early Cancellation of Teaching Contract Termination of teaching contract must be submitted in writing 30 days in advance of the last paid lesson scheduled date. Music & Equipment Courtesy Service I understands that time is valuable to you. I offer a purchasing service to buy your music and other musical equipment items to be used. All music or equipment purchased for the student in advance of the next lesson must be reimbursed upon delivery. There is a fee for this service and based upon research time and travel expenses.
